"Zojirushi provides hot, hot coffee for hours!"
If you're hunt to acquire a caloric coffee concern, as I was, then forbid with the Zojirushi EC-BD15 Freshwater Brewage. This coffee creator brews enthusiastic coffee with the compensate filter and compliant or spring food and keeps it uncured and HOT for six hours. When I say hot I don't wish you hold to zap it in the cook to get it approve to appropriate delivery temperature; it's willing to go! Unlike the Cuisinart Energy Coffee Concern (any of them by the way), the Zojirushi heats the water fleet to between 190-200 degrees fo
One drawback is the tool stays on a ladened cardinal proceedings quondam the end of the brewing...supernumerary debilitate of doe in my playscript. The exclusive another two cons would be the ignitor unit illegitimate (impressionable) and the top screws on rather tightly at present. These are insignificant inconveniences for the outstanding coffee one gets in reappear.
Zojirushi's bottle leave sap you into intellection it's too little; the content is 10 cups, but for a home of triad coffee drinkers this is mint. My parents bang a BUNN bottle coffeemaker that holds 12 cups...accurate it does tally a larger susceptibility, but when I'm there to jaunt I'm ever re-heating the coffee; it honorable won't admit the coffee temperature quondam a two to trey minute window. Also, there is something inherently injustice some BUNN having a increase kindness and equip in a SwissGold wave coffee filtrate. I was on the fence about this due to the value($20), but relented and bought one with the Zojirushi. I'm so encouraged with the conjunct execution of these two. The coffee taste is smoother than any I've had and I'm convinced the filtrate is the number. Swissgold Cone-Shape Coffee Filter is micro-pleated so it works writer expeditiously than another lasting filters. There's no report discrimination to the coffee and you'll never run out of filters on Sun salutation!
I have very basic requirements for a coffee maker. It has to make decent hot coffee and keep it hot. I don't the clock or programmable timer and will probably never use it. This replaces a thermal carafe Melitta that made lukewarm coffee that was cold within an hour. No more running to the microwave to re-heat coffee for me. I haven't had any problem using #4 generic store brand filters. I also use #2 filters purchased by mistake that work fine for making smaller pots.
After a month of daily service, we are very happy with this coffee maker - the coffee tastes great and the carafe keeps it hot for hours (if it isn't all drunk right away.) A minor nit to pick is that it is supposed to take #4 filters, but the supply we have (Trader Joe's) must be trimmed down in order to fit, yet they were fine in our previous Krups machine. I would recommend this coffee maker.
